You'll work directly with Josh, a licensed builder (LBP) and skilled excavator operator with nearly 20 years experience in construction and excavation.

Whether he's in the digger preparing the site or on the tools building, Josh understands each stage of the job and how it all fits together. He'll give you an honest opinion, find a practical solution and make sure the finished job is built to last and looks good too.

Timber retaining walls are a big part of what we do, along with the excavation and groundwork that goes with them. We're well suited to sloping sections, tricky access and challenging site conditions.

Josh Vanderbrugghen

Meet Josh, a licensed builder and skilled digger operator with nearly two decades in construction and excavation. Born into a family-run renovation business in Canada, Josh learned the ropes from a young age, and later discovered a second passion for operating excavators. After a few Arctic winters spent chipping ice off frozen machine tracks before sunrise, Josh decided it might be time for a change. Now settled in Taranaki with his wife and children, he makes the most of the outdoors year-round, surfing, hunting and fishing whenever he can.
